Adam Richards is the Principal and Co-Founder of Reliant Real Estate Partners, based in Atlanta, GA. Adam began his real estate career in 2000 as an industrial landlord representative with Trammell Crow Company. His team was responsible for a portfolio exceeding 15M SF for clients such as Invesco, Crow Family Holdings, TIAA, TA Realty Associates and Manulife Financial. Adam then joined Trammell Crow Company’s growing tenant representation and corporate services team where he focused on site selection, lease analysis and negotiations for major corporate clients including Tyco, Panasonic, Briggs & Stratton, Recall Total Information Management, Geodis and Metso Paper.

In 2007, Adam joined Resource Real Estate Partners, where he represented institutional and corporate clients in leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, build-to-suits, development and consulting. While at Resource, Adam structured several complex acquisitions, both as a principal investor and on behalf of his institutional and private equity clients.

During his real estate career, Adam has been named by the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors as a Top Producer, L. Frederick Glass, Jr. Rookie of the Year Award recipient and Phoenix Award recipient. In addition, he has received the CoStar Power Broker distinction across multiple years. Adam attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. He is married with two sons and lives in Atlanta, GA.
