Drew Venable is a Vice President at Reliant Real Estate Partners based in Atlanta, GA. Drew specializes in representing industrial landlords and tenants in their real estate interests. He has received recognition from the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors’ Million Dollar Club for production in excess of $5M for the last two years in a row.

Prior to joining Reliant, Drew worked at Dividend Realty specializing in leasing, acquisitions and dispositions for industrial and office clients.

Drew has been involved in many successful industrial lease negotiations and transactions, working both landlord and tenant representation assignments throughout metro-Atlanta for institutional and local clients. Drew is well-known and respected among the new generation of industrial brokers, and his superior work ethic and in-depth market knowledge are just a few traits Drew uses to successfully win business.

Drew graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. He is an active member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and is involved with the Young Council of Realtors.
